Description - The car has not troubled me much since I bought it in the year 2008. It is a small but a good buy for a family of four people. I think families who want a luxury car for three to four people at affordable prices should really go for Maruti 8000. I don’t have a big family and had a fixed budget for which Maruti 800 was the best. The car gives good mileage and suits my driving style. I have gone for long drives and took the car to some long distance journeys, but never faced any such problems. I used to get a mileage of around 12 kms in city while 18 kms pl the highways when the AC is on, whereas when the AC is kept of the mileage is around 15 kms in city and 20 in highways. It does not require much servicing as the maintenance cost is pretty low.
The servicing was done from the Maruti service centre and I am thankful to them for helping me for giving proper maintenance to my car. I did not have to go through wheel balancing for my priced possession. I feel it is a very affordable car for small families like mine and also has an excellent mileage at the same time. Though there may be some problems like the size or the height of the car but other wise it does not give any problems to the user. I have truly enjoyed driving this car and my family loves going out in our Maruti 800.
