Description - I had a Maruti Zen before buying the Chevrolet Aveo. The performance of Zen was good and I must say the Aveo if not better, it has been able to maintain the standard that I required in the performance and the looks. The grip of the tires is really good on the road with a nice suspension. The maintenance level is not that high. I give it for servicing rarely still it has been performing very well. Getting a mileage of 14 km/l in the city of Kolkata is great which is not possible in every car. If compared to most of the cars in its segment, I find the performance very nice. The features included in the car provide me good value for money. The air conditioner is working really fine and keeps the inner environment nice and cool. The music system and CD player is also good enough. Coming to the seats and the cabin space it is very comfortable and safe. My family loves the car more for its interiors than the exterior.
I feel the car has made a good reputation for the Chevrolet brand in India as the looks and performance has been nice for me. Though, I still feel that the makers could have left more space in the front part. In the budget of around 3-4 lacs it has been a good buy for me. Though I will keep the car for more years to come, but still I feel that it has a good resale value.
